We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) via your local bank. We also accept Western Union payments for your convenience.
Q4: Can I see the production process?
Yes. We will keep you updated with production photos throughout the process. We do not pack the products until we receive your final approval on the finished piece.
Q5: What are the shipping methods available?
We offer three methods: 1) Express Delivery (Door-to-door) for rapid shipping; 2) Airport to Airport for large volumes requiring speed; 3) Seaport to Seaport, which is the most cost-effective method for heavy sculptures, typically taking about four weeks.
