How do you ensure the product quality during production?
We keep clients updated with production photos. We do not pack the products until we receive final approval. You are also welcome to visit the factory to check the quality before shipping.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is just 1 piece, making it accessible for both individual collectors and large business projects.
How are the stone carvings packaged for shipping?
Items are packed in strong, seaworthy wooden crates. Inside, we use foam and cardboard for protection. All wooden crates are fumigated before shipment.
What is your policy regarding damaged goods?
We warrant that all items are of merchantable quality. If a product is broken due to faulty packing, we take full responsibility and will try our best to send a replacement in the shortest time.
